I just bought this CAT at Costco, after 36 hours charged the battery full , but not longer then a week, it’s ran out of battery, that’s right ?

How you turn it off ''is you get the biggest sledgehammer you can find and then proceed to hit it about 8 times as hard as you can and if that doesn't work get gallon of petrol and be careful stand well back and throw a lit match at it and this should shut it of

I got one last other day brand new for 50 bucks. And even has an ac power to connect anything. Is working good so far. The tire compressor is not precise but obviously u have to eye ball ur tire also and use a separate air pressure gato to make shure it is good . Other than that is a great machine to have
True. This is UK model dosen't have an AC output. US model 110V has AC output which is great.

I used the ac power with something too powerful and now there's a warning flash and no power. How do I reset at ac power plug in?
I had someone leave this exact model in the rain and it shorted it out somewhere. They wanted to throw it away. I tried to convince them to at least try and use the warranty, but he just gave it to me. I’m still troubleshooting it

Yeah, so how do you turn the dang thing off? I can't find my manual.
Hold the power button on until unit turns off .
That's why I'm here! I think it turns off on its own only if it's displaying the DC not AC
@@dclarke8872 You don’t turn it off. It is in “off” mode when it’s not charging anything. However, all batteries will discharge over time. This one has to be charged once a month if doing nothing.
Would have come in handy during the 2021 Texas Deep Freeze. But can you swap out the internal battery?

Can a power tool be used using this power supply? To be specific, a 5.5 amp electric planar that will be used to grind down a door.. The power supply will be used in lieu of running 100 feet of extension cord cable.

Yes mine starts up for one second and then stops. I can’t get mine to work either.

I don’t think I’m gonna do it now that I read in the manual (never connect directly to the negative terminal or other moving part) makes me a little nervous to. Why is he turning off the compressor manually... it's supposed to shut off at the desired set pressure...
yes it will stop at the desired number
Mine doesn't shut off automatically. gets to 0.1 under the set pressure and although continues to make a noise, doesn't actually go any further!

There is a Rotating switch on the top left
Yes I have been trying to completely power it down and the rotating switch is not doing it. That blue light has been on and I’m just trying to power it down completely

I just got on of these at Costco, the device is not reading the pressure when connected to the tire when I press the air button. It alternately shows the pressure setting I set and 0 PSI. Any ideas? I made sure the jump switch is in the off (vertical) position.

can you recharge the station in a vehicle while driving via a cigg plug in the truck.
It wont come with 12v dc charger, but its accepts 12v dc so yes you can charge using a aftermarket charger.

You need to let the maximum compressor function rest every 10 minutes
This is a problem machine .compressor will die .the rubber compression ring on the piston will wear out when it heats up.

When you push the power button, AC and 12.5 v are the options that appears once pressed. Push till screen says 12.5(or whatever voltage) and wait 5-10 seconds and it shuts off automatically.
Starting your car and using the air compressor in the same time will kill the battery in the first day.
its not same day many clips joined later to make whole video.
but its ok to start and inflate the tyre same day

Ive got one of these and its been brill up untill my starter motor and alternator went on 2.4 2010 transit van i replaced both but when i hooked up the cat jump pack it doesnt seem to push enough current through to start it which i cant understand as ive never had a problem with it before and its also started my td5, my van starts fine van to van with jump leads just not with the jump pack and im not slating the product because like i said its been absolutely brilliant and it is great value for money but i just cant understand why its struggling now any advice from a professional of this product would be really appreciated

@@PLIDD i eventually got to the bottom of it dual batterys one was done so it dragged the other one with it 2 new batterys later and wallah, expensive fix tho i worked backwards like a tit and should of just checked them properly aswell first anyway thanks for the reply.

It's sprinter van, so battery is underneath the seat so they factory fitted a jumper point (red) for ground we can use any metal attached to the chesay
