Thanks for this great video! It seems like the head cushion is becoming too snug for my five month old. Any suggestions for when this happens? We’ve removed the lower cushion, but I’m reluctant to go without the upper one. Thanks!
Thank you!! My son is 14 pounds and used to really enjoy sitting in this carseat. Now, whenever we are not in motion, he cries.. I had no idea it was adjustable, and the infant insert comes out! Smh, I'm a ftm.. I feel so bad because now I know he was just uncomfortable because I should have removed that insert 3 lbs ago

How do you adjust headrest height
For the cushion? There are velcro straps that go through the slots in the back (where the harness straps also go through)
