- In this video I talk about all my essential Tummy Tuck Supplies. These are the supplies I highly recommend. I did forget to mention the face/body wipes, Tylenol ( no Ibuprofen is
allowed around surgery time), and protein shakes for meals if you don't have an appetite.

I’m scheduled for 8/27... Excited & Nervous at the same time....
You will be fine....stay positive and look forward to the end results. Best decision I ever made! Thanks for watching!
I go in 8/23! How did everything go?
How soon after sx do you think we can wear the compression leggings?
Am I have the link of the supplements you took ? Please
Thank you for this video! My surgery is in 3 weeks. Were you given the Exparel injection for pain relief? What did you do to occupy your time in the recliner? I’m so used to being active daily, not being able to do anything will be hard for me.
I’m worried about sitting and doing nothing too. I hope your surgery went well!
Do you feel like a body/pregnancy pillow is a need in a recliner?
Not a need but it may help you get more comfortable.
What do you suggest if you don't have a recliner
That's what I want to know. I go in 8/23
You can rent a recliner. I'm actually renting a powerlift recliner from a medical supply store that helps you get up too. It's super affordable too!
@@karencarriere8104 I had my surgery on 8/23, and I didn't rent one. I just got extra pillows and stayed in beach chair laying, I'm only 2wks post opp and still sleeping like that. My friend ordered the keep of recliner you're talking about on Amazon for $200.
I want this surgery so bad... is it worth the pain? I just want to feel good about myself again.
Yes it is worth it... I do not regret the decision to get it done. I am going to do a one year update soon!!!
No pain here just had mine last week. He used Exparel which was a game changer. I have a low tolerance for pain.
I'm 2wks post opp, and my first day smh I wished like hell I didn't do it, but it get easier each day. I'm ready to get these drains out.😭
Hi, can you tell me all the pills you took.
Yes it was a lot....antibiotic, 2 pain meds, muscle relaxer, and 2 anti-nausea for the first week. Then I took Tylenol Extra Strength 500mg. I don't care for those heavy pain meds but you have to take at first. Hope that helps!
@@TheBluePieceCrew all theyngave me was pain meds
I won't have anyone to help me. I will need to plan well enough to take care of myself.
After watching this video I assume its a bad idea to stay in the hotel alone after surgery in Miami 😩
YES!!! You will need help for at least 2 weeks if possible.
@@TheBluePieceCrew okay thank you! I will look into finding a recovery house
Or you can hire the private nurses that come to your hotel
