Good thing about game is with improved computer, graphics had been improved but no silly changed to size of characters to fill screen or stupid long combos to damage 90% In one go like tekken, where characters bounce like rubber ball. Mic of improved technology and retention of good classic gameplay is really appreciate.

Much better display than the new kof. I mean its brighter than the gloomy stage that most of the new kof have. Btw, i hope the next kof can bring the old kof (1994-2001) team fight atmosphere as well as the live background spectator. Remember how when one of the player do screen tilting move the rest of team can be seem to experience it too (like how Joe Inzaghi got suprise pickachu face when Goro do his ultimate).

You're sure you're playing Kof Arena? If yes, if the graphics are dotted or low resolution, your phone may not be powerful enough to run the game at high graphics. If there's a graphics settings menu, see if you can select the high higher options
You will see 5 blocks under the health bar, that are also called as power bars There are 5 power bars. It is just like the old versions of Kof. You can use EX power moves and normal power moves depending upon the power bars you use to perform combos
