Kevin. You are never alone. Jesus said the greatest friend is one that would lay down His Life for his friend. I run solo 80% to 90% almost everyday of my life. I don't feel lonely evertime I realize that Jesus is my Best Friend. Staying as busy as you can and realizing Jesus is the best friend anyone will ever have cancels out 100% loneliness. You also have another friend...me. You also have other friends here, man. Kevin, Jesus is the Best Friend. 👍

I love this ❤ trusting that Jesus makes us righteous and saved and ready. I was brought up a bit in a Apostolic oneness church and united Pentecostal. They say the men must be clean shaven, and have to have short hair the women cannot cut their hair or wear any type of jewelry, wedding ring or makeup. No one can have a TV or they deem you as backsliding and going to hell. They ask the pastor if they can leave out of town. It’s very legalistic and I think they are trying to save themselves by keeping these rules over themselves and others. I think this parable applies because they emphasize on things that make them critical of other therefore unloving and creating their own religion and God for that matter. What do you think? My mom still goes to this type of church, but she doesn’t necessarily believe people are going to hell if they break these rules

At times like that say: God loves me! He made me new in Jesus Christ! … faith comes from hearing and at times like that, we need to hear ourselves say what we are in Jesus Christ for it to start firmly settling in! Say it, say it.. and believe it! Say it as many times as you need.
And then you’ll start living accordingly.

Devils job is to keep us focused on our failures, and if we do, we’ll stay in that circle of lies and never get out.
God didn’t wait for us to get good or perfect, He sent His Son to take away our sins and death when we were still bad/rebels/sinful…
See, in Adam we all became sinners, we didn’t make that first sin to inherit sinful nature, likewise, in Christ, we all became sinless. Christ dying for us was not our decision, it was Gods will and Jesus’s choice. Like through Adam all people became sinful, through Christ all people became sinless. That’s the Gospel!
Jesus’s command was to go tell the Good News!, which is: He bought us with His blood back to God, paid for all our sins, freed us from death, therefore, YOU, me and everyone else is clean in God’s eyes!
You just have to believe that! And those who believe, kingdom of God comes into them (righteousness, peace and joy).
Are all people in Christ, Yes!
      Is Christ in people? No!
Don’t wait to change, it won’t happen if you’re focused on yourself. Transfer your eyes on jesus, just believe Him and only then you won’t want to fail anymore! That’s how it works and God’s kingdom will come into you. You won’t have any judgment and you’ll love all people around you!

@@elizabethbonner3953You can fail Him (and you will in this body), but He didn’t fail you! That’s what’s so beautiful about the Gospel. We have nothing to offer Him. We only bring our sin and He gives us His righteousness. He came for the ungodly and it’s only because of Him that we can be saved.

    Friends Read On??
Matthew 22:2-13 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,
And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.
Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage.
But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:
And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them.
But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.
Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.
Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.
So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.
And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:
And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

why does John 1:12-13 (written by a Inspired Jew) say that salvation is not by blood?

12 But as many as received him, to them gave the power to become the sons of God,

There is no historical evidence i am aware of that the King provided the wedding garments. That responsibility was for those attending the wedding. The king called the man improperly dressed " FRIEND " ! Does God the Father call those being cast into the lake of fire His friends ? Absolutely not. The lake of fire is not even mentioned in this passage and there is no reason to think that the outer darkness is the same as the lake of fire. The man being bound up shows that the man is restricted from participation in certain reward benefits/privileges in the KOH !

Have you ever actually thought about some of the teachings we have been given in the evangelical tradition?
One real killer of love, joy, peace and security is the doctrine of eternal conscious torment.
Briefly it suggests that our creator has designed a fiery and horrific place where the vast majority of his creation will be tormented without mercy, continually, forever, with no possibility of relief. Imagine being cast into a place where you are in constant unbearable torment day and night forever. Not just until you repent or call for rescue, but forever with no relief. Can you even imagine such a thing?
And the god of this evangelical doctrine is the one who not only created this place for this purpose, but he also will be there because nothing can exist outside of him and he sustains everything. I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t condemn even the worst of the worst to that never ending torture that has no off switch and no chance of dying to stop the torment. That is a normal human response, but God’s ways and thoughts are much much better, more loving and higher than ours.
Yet as demonic and horrific as this is, the majority of western thinking evangelicals have no issues with this fate, or the one that dreamed it up.
This truly is insanity and it is no wonder that atheism is prominent in the western world. Who would ever follow a god like that? As a follower of Jesus Christ for many years, I certainly would not. But sadly many of us have never given much thought to this “hell” and don’t really seem to care that, at least in theory, we have believed in such a fate for everyone that doesn’t meet the requirement for entrance into heaven.
I challenge you to rethink your perception and understanding of Father, Son and Spirit and their nature. Scripture says that God IS love. Scripture uses a noun, not an adjective in this description. So, consider how scripture describes this God that is love as His essence, and see if it fits your perception of Him.
    From 1 Corinthians chapter 13:
God is patient and kind. God is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. He does not demand His own way. God is not irritable, and He keeps no record of being wronged. God does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. God never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. God NEVER fails.
Love casts out fear. Eternal conscious torment generates fear on steroids. Time to change our thinking.

There will be those in hell (and in the end the lake of fire) and ALL those in there will be the ones with a clear mind having completely rejected God and His grace.
Those that want NOTHING to do with God will be the ones burning for eternity.
There will be none "accidentally" ending up in eternal torment, all those there will have made their choice.
God says His will is for none to perish...He will give absolutely EVERY opportunity for all to enter eternal life with Him, but there absolutely will be those that want NOTHING to do with God and will make their choice.
Keep in mind hell was made for Lucifer and the angels that sided with him. They wanted NOTHING to do with God, and God in His grace Gave them their own kingdom that is completely without God.
So aaaaaaall the humans that want absolutely nothing to do with God and His grace will go to the same place that was made for Lucifer and the angels that sided with him.
God IS love and love does not force any to choose Him, keep that in mind and accept that there absolutely will be those that want nothing to do with Him and His grace. God will give those individuals absolutely every opportunity to accept Jesus's sacrifice and receive eternal salvation, but at the end of the day no matter how many chances they get....rejection of God will be the only desire in their hearts.
Jesus is the requirement to eternal life, not our works, not our perfection, God will absolutely make sure all have an opportunity to make that choice.

    • @bradharford6052
      @bradharford6052 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@@dannyklassen6015 I believe that in the end God's will, will be accomplished and all will be saved according to scripture. Every tongue will (gladly and voluntarily) confess Jesus Christ as Lord to the glory of the Father.
Even if that is not the case, there is no eternal conscious torment, only death and total destruction. The wages of sin is death, not eternal torment. Fortunately we already died that death in Christ and were raised with Him. No bad news in God's story. By the way, any responsible, loving, would not allow their child to make a choice that would destroy them. Also our will is subject to the will of the King. We have been purchased at a price and do not belong to ourselves. We don't get a choice in that.

@@ronashman8463 It is pretty obvious that Jesus is using hyperbole here. Not suggesting that people cut off their hands and gouge out their eyes.
Also the literal translation of everlasting fire is "fire age during" which is much different than never ending.
In Mark NKJV and KJV use the word hell instead of Gehenna which was the place of refuse outside of Jerusalem where fires were burning continuously and worms ate dead flash.
This was the actual fate of more than a million Jews that were slaughtered in Jerusalem in 70 AD when the city and temple were destroyed and many of those more than a million Jewish victims were thrown into Gehenna.
Worst case scenario which I believe will never happen, is that the wicked will be destroyed, not tortured forever. The wages of sin is death, not torture. Throughout scripture we see that the worst case possible is complete destruction. Never never ending torture to beings that are kept alive.
I think your perception of your Creator is very flawed if you think He will forever torture the majority of His children.

@@jefffeix8576 "Where in the Bible does it describe the Tribulation?" end quote
Matthew 24:21 fulfills Daniel 12:1, described in the book of Revelation.
In other words, Matthew 24 doesn't apply beyond 70 A.D., prophetically speaking.
All things which were written, in Luke 21:22, has to include Dainel's 70 weeks of Daniel 9:24
      Daniel and Revelation are fulfilled.
The great tribulation is in our past, not our future.

My pleasure. Here is the kingdom:
      Romans 14:17
      Furthermore,
Ancient apostate, first century Israel was Babylon, and the harlot, and their synagogues were of Satan, says the Lord in Revelation.
She was utterly destroyed in 70 A.D> along with the Jewish Temple, thus fulfilling Luke 21:20-22, Matthew 24:21 - which was at the end of the millennium. This was during the Parousia of Christ and the old covenant being done away with. That is what it means by "the consummation of all things' and was fulfilled in the first century.
The old heavens and earth were rolled up like a scroll, not literally, but covenantly speaking.
We are in the new heavens and earth where righteous ness dwells. Christ is our righteous by faith in Him, this is the gift of God. This NC AGE HAS NO END OR LAST DAYS - Isaiah 9:6-7 Ephesians 3:20-21
The Lord is not out to destroy the literal earth and heavens and replace it with a new one.
Matthew 24 does not go beyond 70 A.D. and the great tribulation Jesus mention in Mathew 24:21 is not in our future.
      King James Bible
      Luke 21:22
For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
      New King James Version
For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
      New American Standard Bible
because these are days of punishment, so that all things which have been written will be fulfilled.
Here's the bottom-line, dear Brother or Sister, in the Lord:
      Every constituent element of eschatology,
      1. the kingdom,
      2. the judgment,
      3. salvation,
      4. coming of the Lord,
      5. resurrection,
associated with the consummated End of the Age,
is inextricably, inseparably linked with the judgment of Old Covenant Israel, in 70 A.D.
      - Fulfilled 20 centuries ago.

You need to practice what He taught. You cant be a lawless person. The evil eye the lies the theft of thoughts, violence and otherwise means you’re still in sin. You’re still in sin…
