Clean the kitchen, prep anything that needs to get prepped for the next days meals and sleep. Then wake up early to get started on that days meals and also clean anything up that the other staff may have made dirty during the evening if they grabbed a snack in the kitchen during the evening. That said he can definitely still have dinner ready by 9pm and still do all the other stuff

You can also leave your doors open for hours & Will never see a fly. I came down here from New Jersey where, you had to close your door right away or the flies forgetabouit. 😁
