Black Russian Receta:
45ml. Vodka.
45ml. licor de cafe (Kahlua).
White Russian Receta:
30ml. Vodka.
30ml. Licor de cafe (Kahlua).
45ml. Crema para cafe o leche.
Black Russian Recipe:
1.5oz. Vodka
1.5oz. Coffee liqueur (Kahlua).
White Russian Recipe:
1oz. Vodka.
1oz. Coffee liqueur (Kahlua).
1.5oz. Cream or milk.

Black Russian is very simple, tastes amazing (you'll only taste the kahlua mostly), but it consists of two alcohols with nothing to soften the impact, so be careful with this one. It isn't for beginners 😅.

I always thought black Russian had cola in it instead of milk
Black Russian, usually is just vodka and kahlua, and White Russian is vodka kahlua and cream such as half and half, but I like to use milk on mine.
I wonder how it tastes with cola 🤔 I need to give it a try.
Black Russian traditionally has no cola in it. It's just kahlua and vodka. That's it.
Some people I know just use Iced Coffee instead of Kahlua. Not as terrible as it sounds.
@@laurabeane8862 It doesn't sound terrible because coffee goes well with a lot of spirits tbh. It's not Black Russian though, since it's much less powerful than using Kahlua.
@@TopShelfCocktails why did u said half and half for white Russian? I guess the quantities are more like 60 ml (Vodka & liquor) and 45 ml cream..

Been using Kapali instead of Kahlua, much cheaper and just as tasty. (two of my favorite drinks by the way)

Pro Tip(these are my 2 favorite Drinks with Black Russians in first place) you can substitute the Kahula with a good Coffee Liqueur especially one of the Mexican ones for a lot cheaper and one exists that's 70 Proof! ;)

remove Kahlua altogether, the new version is a disaster.
I'm wondering if you stir the White Russian before serving?
I build it in the glass and slowly put the cream last it creates a layer. Hope that helps
