Now in the semi finals, Iron Hands is attempting to break one of his world records of breaking 150 bricks on fire in under 30 seconds.     Is that real ? Are bricks real ? Are they baked if so easy to break .
    If real . How much time is he spending Conditioning his hands ?

      It took years to be able to do that. Martial artists train for years themselves to be able to break bricks

      I write to him. He said he doesn't condition he speed breaks. Don't believe if you don't condition no break

      ​@cooler1854 he's been doing it for years and has world records, he obviously trains, he just doesn't train this amount..
