    Selecting very few products for your locs is key. These are products I reached for all the time in 2020 and will continue using in 2021.

    My locs are like yours but more frizzy more in the front. This helps me out GREATLY. The only thing I’m worried about is when twist it, it might not stay (even with holding gel which is why I got interlocking. I can do this with a few locs and maybe put black small rubber bands on them for maybe a week?

    I've been locd since April '22 so I'm a newbie. My frizz issues extends from the root all the down the two-strand twists because the ends were textured before I decided to loc, plus my grey hair is super soft. I don't really know how to palmroll especially in the back of my head, so I just don't know what to do; cutting my frizz is not 🚫 an option. What do you think about the beeswax for locs? Thank you for the tutoria, your hair looks very healthy ❤️l will refresh my roots without washing in a few weeks or so.

  • @woodsjanet

    Ok so my hair is very soft. When I twist it it comes untwist so fast. What can I do/use to prevent it without any residue buildup?

    • @GlamNaturalLife
      @GlamNaturalLife  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can use Dr Locs locking spray to hold your retwist. You can also sport two strand twists for a while before unraveling. I love the twist out look. Stay away from holding gels because they leave build up

  • @ClassicRuby
    @ClassicRuby 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Can you do this with baby locs? Cuz my hair don't hold nothing.. never has. So my two strand twists unravel 4 to 5 inches from the root down and I have not figured out how to maintain ANY semblance of togetherness in the top half of my locs, but this looks brilliant.
    My hair is still very obviously two strand twisted, I'm only 2 months in, and your hair looks very locked already. Will this work with my locs in this starter/ baby condition? 🤔

    • @GlamNaturalLife
      @GlamNaturalLife  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. You can do this with all stages of Locs. To lay the frizz down. To help to hold it I then spray with Dr Locs Imani locking spray. My code still works on their site if you interested. Code is GlamNatural15

    • @GlamNaturalLife

      you might need to see the dermatologist to find out if you are having any scalp condition that is contributing to the thinning of the crown of your head.

      Yes. When you wash your hair it will unravel. And make sure it does. Make sure you really getting in there and cleaning your scalp, new growth and Locs properly then retwist. In between wash days you can do this taming method to tame the frizz

    • @GlamNaturalLife

      yes washing your hair will unravel your hair which is normal. you want to have your hair to unravel so you 'properly clean your hair' which is more important than dealing with the frizz

    I got wayyy more loose frizz than you. My loc lady does exactly what you do... but no matter what.. they eventually come out. And my hair is down my face

    • @ItsSonya94
      @ItsSonya94 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That was my thought too - eventually they'll come back out and you're back at square one. That's why people opt to use crochet tools to crochet the hair back into the loc as a more permanent fix.
