The land owner might be aware of land type there, he might not have allowed the tractor for such work there in that condition, once the tractor owners see that, they will never come again there

The tractor should have tried reversing out, using those wood logs in its wheels, instead of going forwards, where the counter torque was trying to lift the front up.
Lifting up the front breaks loose the suction of the mud and freed the front tires.

My first question is; Why would you drive your tractor into a known mud hole? I could not believe the amount of muddy water that was being sprayed out by the generator drive belt and this poor abused tractor just keeps running. I will have to admit I have found a new respect for Massey-Ferguson; JCB is gaining respect as well :-) I loved the two guys on the hill side just watching patiently ; this is reality programming at its best and includes "Smell a vision" very in depth coverage.

To be fair, those drivers had a lot of skill. I've spend a lot of time driving tractors in the forestry industry so I do appreciate how much of a effort that was and how skillfully they were able recovered it. Good job 👍

They never had rubber. Those are not rims that hold air.
There is canal and its bank is too high. It is possible this land belongs to Government or Panchayat as part of canal, but these guys are levelling to seed. They should have prepared in summer , not in rainy season.
