The Costco one called “ruta maya” is absolutely my favorite and most affordable. I can’t stomach to buy the equal exchange one. It’s in a brown bag. Costco used to carry the central milling flour too.
Just FYI for anyone who is curious the Central Milling Artisan is the same as Azure AP flour...they repack it in smaller sizes. Read the descriptions on both its exactly the same. Do yourself a favor and save some money and buy the 50# bag if you have space.

The increase in the cost of groceries and the shortages I am noticing on shelves is alarming. I have been building a pantry for 2 years. I add a little every month between Thrive Life Freeze Dried , Azure, my garden and the grocery store. I want to move more out of my freezer and can it, especially meat and fruit. I am hearing predictions of a cold winter. Not having to run out to the store in snow and ice or frigid temps will be such a joy.

I love the Nancy’s sour cream. Just wondering if you freeze it? And if so, is the consistency good when you thaw it? It’s just me and the hubby so we don’t go thru the quantities like we used to. I have a hard time not wasting food. And that’s a pet peeve of mine, especially since it is so expensive now. Love the video!

Good haul! As usual my organic all purpose flour is way more - 2.75 CDN or 2.00 USD per pound - bought some the other day. Sounds to me like you need to make the milk off limits till you get a chance to skim the cream off...lol. I have the same amount of non organic cheese in my fridge too! LOL. I do nothing with it except pay attention to expiry dates and package integrity to avoid molding. And at that it is 4.90 USD per pound. Sour cream is cheap here although not organic (thinking couple bucks for small container). The rest I don't buy...Just got the call that my cases of organic raisins and organic walnuts is in - I just store in the freezer in 5 gallon pails so they don't go rancid or turn hard. I get whole sale price when buying this way. Thanks for sharing.
I just have a very odd question. Is this a much older video? I could have sworn that coffee said best by 03-05-23. Didnt know if they sold it that way only cheaper or something like that 😊
Hello. Yes, it's from a while ago. We had made a long video which showed a stock up from three different stores. We broke that down into shorter videos so people could watch it more easily and it's more accessible for everybody. Azure still has all the same products though that I show in this haul. I'm about to do an updated azure Hall coming up in 2 weeks so I will share that with y'all as well:) So far, everything that I've purchased from Azure has always had plenty of time when it comes to expiration dates :-)
Central mills, I use flour for our cakes and bread/cookies...do you think the central mills flour would work ok? That price is very good, I haven't tried either one. But want to stock for winter, one type.

I have same issue. I will do a large stock for several months and don’t get refrigerated and then pay a teenager or friend to pick up and hold. I have found that Sprouts canned and bottled same brands are cheaper.
I wish azure was easier to order from for people who work outside the home. Where I live they give you an approximate delivery date so it’s a problem if it falls when I’m at work. And if you’re not there when the truck comes your order gets sent back. And unfortunately we all work at jobs that we can’t leave for things like this. I know they will deliver to your home but the shipping for that is astronomical. I would love to buy from them though, if they could be specific about delivery dates and times! I’m wondering if your pick up site does things differently to be more flexible?
The Azure models are quite prevalent in most places. However, where I live I would have to drive 4 hours to partake so what I did is went to my local health food and bulk food store and talked to her about buying cases. She said absolutely and gives me wholesale pricing - usually saves me 30 - 50% off my order depending on what I buy. Just got a call my 25 pound box of raisins and walnuts are in.
@@dhansonranch That's awesome. But in order to get it shipped here it would have to be either by boat or plane and the cost is way too much. Our food health store can't afford the price
Wow very uppity, most of us are lucky to get enough of anything to eat or have saved by, let alone feel bad about how our health is effected by not being financially able to buy an entire car load of organic.
In our stores potatoes are $2-$3 per pound I got 50 pounds for about $1.20 per pound, peaches and nectarines are over $2 per pound at thr store and fruit stand and $1.30 something on azure, a 30 oz canister of nuts is $21.99…. 2 pounds of cashews is 9.99 so it’s not being uppity for us it’s much cheaper

I was wondering that also
Out here in Manitoba Canada, regular bagels are $5 for 6 bagels in a bag.
Ouch! :(
We are in Georgia and things are still pricey but we have to eat. The thing that I think to myself is that it’s still cheaper than eating out. 🤷🏻♀️😆
I love the Rudis bagels but they are not in stock.
