You riding yours? I did a z50r clone with the same suspension package (sort of) and a Lifan 125....thing rips $**t house for such a small package. I need bigger tires though, still rocking DOT 8 inch joints.

I absolutely ride mine! Lol actually took it around town yesterday 🤘 It's just the piranha 90cc but it still has a ton of oomph for a tiny package lol I love the new setup it rides 100% better now!

👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻That thing is cool man, I have a 79 Z50R with the 88 kit, adult shocks, heavy duty fork springs, pro taper handlebars, I have a 80 Z50R with a 108 stroker on it, same suspension and set up as the 79, and a 96 Z50R with a 140 on it same suspension as the other ones… they are a blast and fun to build.

How do you like those rear shocks ? I have and ‘86 Z50 with Lifan 125cc on it .. was thinking about doing some better shocks . Dont really want it to sit higher because i want to keep the “ little 50-ness” of it lol

So these are 330mm shocks which is perfect for the extended swingarm. But I believe you can get a set of 280mm shocks that are closer to the original ride height and offers a better ride 🤘

Whats the link to the front fork/disc package? I see something similar on Amazon but 1/2 comments say they won’t fit a Z50R. The other half say they will. Can you post it in the description? Thanks!
