The Constellation series is basically a series of ships that are combination freighters and gunships. They have pretty good firepower; including relatively large guns (mounted on the engine nacelles) controlled by the pilot, as well as a top and bottom pair of manned turrets and lots of missiles. The Phoenix variant still has plenty of firepower; even if it has been turned into a limo.
Another thing he didn’t mention is that a crew member has to pass through the luxury guest section to access the snub fighter at the rear. I think seeing a crew member frantically running by to deploy a fighter might be a little concerning for guests 😂

To be fair, given all the big windows in the passenger section, the passengers are likely to be aware that a battle is going on anyway.
