Awesome video! I have an older Club Car 90s I would guess..The steering rack is thumping every about every two rotations of the wheels .Can it be fixed?
I have a 2021 club car 6"lift , 6 passanger cart which steers very hard. Is there a way to loosen up the steering on the cart? My wife wants to get rid of the cart, because it is so hard to turn compared to our little EZ GO cart. Thanks Gary Glazier
Hey Gary, trying to install my Kohler 277 in my 1991 textron ezgo. What do I need to adapt it to the original axle and still have reverse? How do I run the gearbox and a clutch?
need to replace steering rack on a 1995 ezgo medalist. problem is you can turn to the right with no problem, but turns to the left wont work... u get a clicking noise and steering wheel does not want to let u turn left. what needs to be replaced?

I think I'm going to fab up some brackets and conver my 87 cc ds to this style of steering. If I don't go with the prius electric power steering mod.
