It’s funny you say you don’t know anyone who fishes this river. But you have fished it in the past multiple times. But thanks for not exposing it. Very much appreciated!
OMG, Walters beer! I went to a seminary in Milwaukee, and one of my teachers was Father Walters. His dad was still running the brewery and would send him cases. May have borrowed one or two.
I’m surprised you guys aren’t rocking a jet tunnel hull set up for these river adventures. I’ve lived within a mile of the Mississippi River in central Minnesota almost my entire life. I wonder to myself why in the hell I don’t have one.... will there be any Minnesota river adventures this season? Big Falls????
I am curious about the weight of the RS net, I fished with a walleye guy who got some of the first ones made and they were extremely heavy. Hoping they took some weight out.
I use the RS figure eight solo slime model and it’s pretty light. It’s the same net bag as the big model but a smaller frame. It allows me to net solo and can hold the same size fish as the big one, it’s just a smaller hoop for netting. Haven’t had any big ones in it yet but I got a 32” 30# carp this last spring on the fly rod and it disappeared in the bag lol.
100% real, no BS, no smoke and mirrors, honest musky fishing. A jon boat with a 25, and some camping gear. Great episode today guys!
Thank you - you know how we are, we keep it 100% real. Thanks for watching.

Omg Beautiful area!
Sure was - and the scenery we got on film isn't half of what we were able to show in 28 minutes.
Love fishing rivers. So glad i didnt sell my little aluminum 16ft jon boat when i got my ranger.
Well that's good news! Hope you get out on the rivers this year.

They are super lightweight - but you can check all the specs out at their website. www.rsnetsusa.com

Great video, would live to see your checklist/loadout for making a 2-night river musky trip. Was this in WI?
That's a great idea actually to put together! Also, yes this was in WI.
Is Ben using the limit creek fly rod?
Mike I noticed you said ya had some trouble locating fish. This was very early in the season correct?
