If you’re a big river muskie angler then the Wisconsin river will provide a great opportunity to be out on the water for the early musky opener. The Wisconsin river is one of the most dammed rivers in North America and has a very diverse make up from dam to dam throughout its 430 mile run.
From rocky shallow sections, deep weedy sections to sandy sections it has it all and muskies swim in all. Join Mike Keyes and Bryan Schaeffer as they open the 2024 muskie season.

You would think
Congratulations on 25 years! Paul ironton will be breaking that record though….
Probably
I've heard some great stories from you being a camera man for one of my co workers (Jeff Linder) way back when!
thanks for watching.
Let's keep them to ourself's
@@keyesoutdoorsyou betcha!
Mike always looking dehydrated and thirsty
I need to drink more H2O
Neither of those stretches are what they used to be…maybe I just suck lol
Love the video Mike! Great job. Hey, I'm wondering if you can tell me what kind of track system you're using on your Jon boat? I have a Jon boat that I'd love to add a Net Buddy too but am struggling with finding info on how to mount a track system to the sides on my Jon boat. Thanks in advance!
I'm using Traxstech
I see you have new net. So you like the netbuddy net better then rs solo slimer. I'm looking for lighter weight net to use when solo fishing. I like the rs net just little heavy for me when fishing the current
The reason I made the switch is... one, I got to know the owner of the NetBuddy and he is a diehard musky angler. Where the new owner of RS nets is a diehard cat fisherman. I want to work with people that are making products because it's their passion not just a business. weight wise they're about the same but...And this is a big but...net buddy has the lockable yoke built right into the net...sweet design. So now you know the story.
@keyesoutdoors Thanks, Mike. I appreciate your honest opinion. I have looked up to you for years. Nothing but respect for keys outdoors. Hope you have an amazing season. God bless!
Is that even any legal lenghts
It's a muskie
That reel sounds terrible!
Probably needs some oil
