The building is a symbol of a exemplary parliamentary democracy and is a fine example of the Indo-Saracenic architecture style which is the perfect fusion of the traditional British styles like Neo-Gothic, Neo-Classical, Arts & Crafts, Beaux Arts, Art Deco, Palladian with traditional Hindu and Islamic architectural styles and construction methods. Every Indian must feel proud of this new parliament building built in Independent India! I suggest that the Audio system must be such designed that once the sound decibel level goes beyond internationally accepted level, the audio system will automatically be switched off isolating the area of disturbance. To restart it, the members in that area must submit a written and signed apology letter from affected members first to the Chairman and written request to restart.
This will ensure members freedom of expressions as well as discipline and valuable time of the house will also be used productively and for constructive output. Please install such system to maintain dignity,decorum of both the houses.

The LOKSABHA is green because the HOUSE OF COMMONS in the UK parliament is green. RAJYASABHA is red because the HOUSE OF LORDS/PEERS is red. Same is true for most earlier British-ruled, now independent nations

Bro in short "NO" & in detail, the whole content of this documentary based presentation doesn't provide a single clue to break the protocol of security about how to enter into parliament. At least not helpful for terrorist, and moreover it is not Indian Army/navy/air force headquarter or ordinance building which are seriously sensitive regard this.

Indian architecture has seriously degraded post independence. No focus on aesthetics. Having said that , it really irks me when they say Roman classical architecture as Classical architecture. It shows how colonized these scholars are even today . It's a real shame.
