Ingredients:
Boiled Eggs - 7
Palak (spinach )- 400 grams
Onion - 3
Tomato paste ( 2 tomatoes)- 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Bay leave -1
Cinnamon stick - 2 inch
Dry red chilli -2
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Black peppers - 10
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Fresh cream - 2 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 5 tbsp
