Pound has had removable straps for awhile. It's a nice addition to the 3.0!

How is the 2.1 different from the 3.0?

Same, I’ve looked at so many bags and watched so many reviews on bags and I think I’m going with the Legend 3.0. I was highly considering the Gripeq AX5 but that bag just doesn’t hold enough discs. The legend 3.0 does it all while not costing $500 like the pound bags

That is not a free add on, you order those separately. Sorry if I wasn’t clear on that.

Kindof dissapointed there are no bottom stabiliser, e.g. a pure cloth bottom is a no buy from me, located in Norway with a lot of muddy, wet, snowy conditions.

I have the Link and it also has a soft bottom. For me the feet on a bottom of a bag really do nothing to protect it from mud, snow, rain, etc. Most of the feet/stabilizers are around 1-2cm so all of those elements are still going to touch the bottom of the bag unless you're careful about where you put it down. The material on the bottom is very durable, same stuff militaries use. I get that's it's all preference and maybe some mental stuff, and the soft bottom will inherently need cleaned more often, but when I was buying a bag logic dictated that it really didn't matter much.
