As an sd native you did a great job finding places! For next time I suggest kin len, shwarma guys, 52 remedies speakeasy, Oscar’s fish tacos, vallartas Christian fries, tj tacos, wayfarer bakery, blue whale acai bowl, bobboi gelato
Next time you're out here check out TNT Pizza which is right across the street from Asa Bakery. Try their Dill Pickle slice. Sounds odd but it's really tasty. Also try Minh Ky for the wonton noodle soup. I get the roast duck noodle soup and add the wontons. Las Cuatro Milpas is a legend you need to go to soon because the rumor is the lady who owns it will be retiring in the near future and has no plans on selling it or passing it down. Awesome tacos durados, rolled tacos, the chorizo beans and rice. Everything there is really good.

@feedmeimei I wanted to give say and big thank you and tell you how much I enjoy your videos! My stomach is paralyzed (I have several motility disorders ) so I get all my nutrition through a needle that goes into my heart and get fed through my bloodstream. I can eat a little bit of food but it’s a very painful experience unfortunately but when I watch your video, I feel like we are just too friends enjoying a nice meal! Makes me forget I’m sick if it’s just for a few minutes. I really hope one day I can meet you in person and give you a big hug. Thank you meimei ❤️❤️❤️❤️

edit: Coco Bomb and Tita's Kitchenette are 10/10. I'm Filipino and, while the atmosphere at Tita's isn't the comfiest, it is the closest to authentic Filipino food that my family makes at home (but like... professional :D)
edit #2: I live down the street from An's Dry Cleaning and have never seen a brown sugar milk tea or matcha flavor and now I need that.

Hey hey! Thx for tips of new places I gotta check out! In San Diego, have you tried Flour Atelier, Camellia Rd Tea, Flama Llama, The Market at Hawaiian Fresh Seafood, and MNGO Cafe? Oh… and Teresita’s Cafe for their Chamango (to me they were the first chamango spot in SD). There’s also this cute cafe called Hatsuzakura. If you’ve been, can you link your videos to those? I’m curious to see what you thought 😉.

Fun fact! Both bageri and fika are Swedish words! Fika means “coffee break- usually with a sweet treat”, and bageri means “bakery” 😄🇸🇪

Wow, we were in San Diego the same time!! We moved my daughter in for college that week! I'll have to let her know your top choices so she can try. We should have tried Ko-Li Bar (on our list), but went to MNGO, instead. Waited in line for over 30 minutes to order the Mango Kakigori, only to be told it would be another 1.5 hours before we would get it! We opted for the OMG Oh Man Go, but I was seriously craving Kakigori. Next time we visit!

I'm only at 1:00 and my response is: I think a lot of the stuff they add to coffee would taste a lot better with matcha or tea. So strawberry+ coffee is a bit weird, but strawberry + matcha goes really well, or strawberry and milk tea.
