Decision fatigue.
The barrier between joes and pros isn't just a matter of experience or strategy, it's a also a matter of sheer endurance. Our attention and decision making begin to suffer after the first 15 minutes of a task, and absolutely tank around the 1 hour mark.
That mid game lull where both players do nothing but tech up? There are a few reasons for it, but one of them is both players instinctively needing a break.

From.what I have heard, deadeye has been given a no from the GDT. So it won't be in main release. Not sure on siege
