The Brunchcot booth looks amazing! Adding the fried cinnamon roll bites to our list! Lychee margarita sounds amazing just wish it was offered in the floral margarita cup! Love the vivid colors of the Miguel & Dante topiaries, super pretty! The Mediterranean flatbread looks delicious but was it better than the Honey Bee-stro flatbread from last year? 🌼🐝

The lobster isn’t bad… it’s just not Maine lobster, which is what most people are familiar with (and prefer). I’m the odd one out who actually prefers rock lobster, which is not delicate and sweet, but nutty, “meaty,” and what some would describe as tough, (only in comparison to cold water Maine lobster).
Love how you are keeping it real and calling out the absurdities!!! The sorbet thing looked good but I also want to know who is in charge of pricing these things!! The Italian dish looked disgusting 😣 Good call! 😂

I have to tell you on the way to work this AM I heard a station on Sirius XM talking about people in the Midwest where Mayonnaise sandwiches are a big thing…..Like 2 pieces of bread and a load of Mayonnaise! I’m guessing the lobster tail was chewy because it was a “warm water lobster” which isn’t really a lobster but rather a large prawn. I’m from New England and we only call cold water lobsters, the kind that have claws, lobsters. The meat is much more tender and delicious.
This is such a fun event because it brings together the beauty of nature and the joy of Disney! I love all the vibrant colors! Count me in for the gooey stuffed cinnamon roll bite and veal tenderloin with spring pea risotto. You guys were darling shoving in a mouthful of Frushi simultaneously 😋
Thanks for spreading the word on the Impossible chicken fried steak and biscuit not being plant-based! You were correct there is dairy in the gravy and dairy and egg in the biscuit. Not sure why Disney keeps making that so confusing lately! 😮💨

I eat lobster all the time used to go to Massachusetts a lot. The blackness on the underside of the lobster tail is from the grill and if it's super black like yours is that means that kind of overcooked 😅the lobster .that's why you're saying it's not as tender and it's chewey.
You know hollandaise sauce is basically warm mayonnaise… right? Warm water lobster is Florida lobster, a different lobster than Maine, cold water lobster. They do not have claws. They are naturally chewier than Maine lobsters.
The takeaway from your great, honest reviews leaves me with the impression that the “chefs” don’t know how to cook proteins, or use quality cuts. Most of the proteins are cremated and/or not good quality and are tough, tasteless and not worth the money. The drinks are always interesting. Desserts seem to be overly sweet. As always, a great review.
Also I love your videos.. don't feel you need to go on opening day and do everything in one day. I would rather have a comprehensive review and get more food reviews from you.
Why can’t Italy do better??? They charge premium for subpar - and there’s so much creative and more authentic Italian food they can do! Such a booth waste 😔

I'm sorry to tell you this, but Promise is technically correct. Hollandaise is egg, butter, and lemon. Mayo/ aoli is egg, oil and lemon or vinegar.
