@@mainthug4167 I am so sorry to hear that news it’s devastating. Sarah also became diabetic at age 11 by 12 the cataracts made her blind we did the cataract surgery and her eye site was perfect again . Prayers to you at this terrible time
My prayers to you. Can't imagine my life without my Frankie. My stepmother just got a boxer puppy. She is 81. The family is surrounding this incident to make sure this puppy is secured in life as well as my stepmother. Thank goodness
Srry to hear that I know exactly how u feel I had a morkie too his name was king he basically grew up we were the same age and everything he passed away at 15 😢
My lil lady CHIBI is almost 7 and still looks like a puppy, she adores having her belly rubbed "EVERYDAY", and when she is sleeping she often dreams as you'll find out when because as with all Morkies they will whimper and whine at first it will catch you out as being in distress but rub that belly so very gently and your Morkie will probably start gently snoring, they are a breed apart and relatively rare, 3 walks a day quality food and biscuits and naturally plenty of water and lots of of love and affection you've got quite possibly the most adorable and loyal lil friend you'll ever find in a gorgeous lil doggy ( no apologies for being gaga over my lil CHIBI)
I have trained my Morkie not to bark. He is going he was going to be a service dog so I couldn't allow it. Now he never barks he sneezes when he gets excited it's so cute. It can be done but it takes patience
@@estephaniec2822 whatever you want your (grown up) dog to do, start now...all postive reinforcement, anything can be accomplished. i use to breed & train rotties. I trained my female to show her teeth, no growling, if i wasnt too sure of the person coming at me...i would whisper to her "teeth" . it would make them take a longer way around me. (they didn't know she was a cuddling couch dog)
Start as young as you possibly can. I have never used the word no. I use a sound, sounds like "shhh" and you do it over and over and over again. You only stop when they stop barking period dogs are smart they know exactly what they're doing. This sound I have used also to stop my dog when he's off leash and gone too far away from me when I make this sound he immediately stopped turns around and looks at me. To be a good dog trainer is nothing but patience understanding and never yelling at your dog they don't understand that they don't know what you want and it just scares them be persistent and patient and it will work good luck to you
My Morkie is the easiest dog to own. He's not a barker, sleeps a lot, very friendly with everyone and other animals. His coat doesn't shed and he doesn't require a lot of exercise although I do take him on a good walk each day. Perhaps I'm very lucky to have such a great Morkie. If you make a video about a particular breed, maybe all the footage should focus on that breed. I think some of the information was a little inaccurate..
i am 9 i have a morkie i used my own money for a beginner toy for my morkie angel. and i love watching these videos while i have a morkie. i snuggle cuddle and sleep with my new bud i am so happy to have one . i am now planning to get my angel a friend pomerenia his name will be cloudy or cotton should i name him cloud or cotton 👇🏻👇🏻

my morkie is 10 years old, still full of life, and somehow is 17 pounds. she’s not even fat too, she’s just a huge dog for this breed!!!
That was like my Miles! He was considered a "Linois" of the Morkie breed! He was a champagne colour and longer.
mine is on the bigger end too... people ask what breed is he because of his size but I love him this way

Currently watching this video with my 2 year old Morkie saying, “That’s you!!!”
It does take a lot of work to look that good. Lol , my Bella is the sweetest. I’ve had her for 8 months now. Video very accurate.
Oh wow!
Here to research before possibly adopting a 1 year old morkie. This was helpful 👍
My beautiful little girl Morkie has trained me well.
She gets what she wants, when she wants and as often as she wants.
That's right, Right !
Right?

@@miastone4012 wow i want to teach mines because he barks at everyone and my family even gets scared sometimes. He’s little but boy can growl.
