A trick for the armpits is to do a Aztec clay mask with either water of ACV once a month. It helps to remove toxins for your arm pits and it helps your body to wear the natural deodorant better. Some people use lime juice as deodorant and you gotta make sure you get your chlorophyll/leafy greens in as well. Chlorophyll helps with body smell too.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend switching the cups out in public restrooms. If you can avoid it definitely do that. Or keep some of the disposable ones on your instead. I always have some of the flex disposable ones on me just incase. And size medium in my period underwear

Hi beautiful lady.... I love your channel ❤. I have been getting acne on my back & shoulders. Do you use a specific body wash or a specific application to minimize or clear out the acne beside La Rosche posay?
Thank you!! And yes I do use other products. The first thing you have to do is figure out what’s causing the acne. You can’t really treat it until you know why it’s happening. So for me it was hormonal reasons. Once I got my hormones balanced I then started using the skinrx body scrub, the topicals hyperpigmentation spray, and the versed retinol lotion. I would switch off every day using one of the products (don’t use them together). And then I would use the la roche everyday after each one of those products.
I tried pescience and hated it! It’s gross! It’s made with stevia and is super sweet. It’s also chalky. I ordered it in vanilla and chocolate. It’s so bad. Lol. Went back to whey protein.
I would never recommend plant based protein to someone who is perfectly fine drinking whey. If dairy doesn’t bother you, definitely stick to whey. Plus majority of plant based proteins won’t taste good to you. I’ve been drinking plant based for years so it taste great to me 🤷🏾♀️😂
