When the house next to me was lost in foreclosure, I kept the grass cut and sidewalks shoveled for TWO YEARS. It would only make my property look bad otherwise. Also, squatters look for places like this to move into, then you have who-knows-what going on. Too bad people can't make even a small effort to do something.

You did an amazing job. Look at all the beautiful manicured lawns surrounding this home. My husband and I would have done the yard simply because it would have made our home look bad. Not only rodents and snakes. So why call the city when it will sit there much longer. Thank you for being a blessing to the neighborhood ❤❤
I think that guy would have too, it was already to tall for him when the people moved out. He said the back wasn’t bad and he had been taking care of it.
Nice repair Josh. The design elements back in place, the pretty things, as Crape Myrtle and neat bushes in place. That was a hayfield to mow. Nice you were able to make it look good. Glad the neighbor gave you a hand. Very good Before and After photos. You made a complete change and a very attractive home reappeared.
If the bank has foreclosed on that property they should be responsible for keeping it mowed. It’s another really nice place that’s been neglected… if I had a neighbor move out I would mow that property just to keep mice and mosquitoes away not to mention it makes the whole neighborhood look crappy. I knew you’d whip this into shape in no time.. Great job… You’re such a nice man… Much respect to you. ❤
