When I watch videos with neglected or abandoned houses like this I always think, “At one time this was a brand new home and someone’s pride and joy.” What a shame that they are allowed to fall into such neglect and disrepair. This could be the cutest little bungalow! You guys are amazing!

The back patio was a nice find. Looks like it was a beloved spot at one time, with a barbecue area and all. Was enjoying the skills of the tractor driver and pleased the bucket made reaching high stuff possible. It is good to recover places and reverse the despair cycle.
This is something different between others lawn mover video. Their teamwork spirit together and the heavy equipment they use to clean the house and make it look better again is Amazing ! Keep it up the great job and great attitude !

WOW! You & that guy in the "Kobata" thingie machine were outrageous. That guy looked as if he could read your mind. He was such an expert on removing all that debris as well as lifting you up there. Excellent work 👏 🌠🎆🌟💖🌻

When those houses sit for so long the mold inside is more costly to fix than the outside of it. Its a shame the city doesnt take it over and give to a homeless family before its gets that bad!

I liked the use of the bucket to reach vines on side of the house. It never gets tiring watching multiple leaf blowers make short work of clearing off leaves from the patio. Thx for posting.

At abandoned homes, are you able to keep an old lawnmower or shovel or other such items you find in the backyard or do you load them up and take them to the dump? You could always fix them up and donate them to other people that don't have a lawnmower and such.
So sad. It was loved once. Maybe it can be brought back now.

I have noticed that if one property is junky it seems to spawn and the neighbourhood starts a downward spiral. However the opposite also applies a new neigbour cleaning painting and taking pride in their property also starts an upward trend. Maybe this will happen here.
At time 5:11 on video shows scooping and blowing with vacuum leaves and debris plus mud under bushes and thru fence into the next yard! Is this how you clean up property by pushing the debris onto the neighbors property???

I live next door to a place like this. The bambles all grow over , under and through my nice new fence; I could cry. Unfortunately in UK nothing can be done to make neighbour clean it up and council couldn't care less either. Wish we had people like you; who do a really good job, to come as clean it up.

I'd say the job is half complete. All the scrawny bushs and trees surrounding the house should have been removed along with the jungle behind the grungy patio. Removing the bent up chain link fence wouldn't hurt either.
