You only need one bachelors degree because it’s the standard and it’s companies judge your competency after that you need to figure out what it is you want to do even if you want to just try things out and either get a license or a certificate in those fields..

      That makes sense

Yeah and companies tell us in the description exactly what they’re looking and the emphasis primarily be on years of experience, a specific bachelors degree and/ or a specific certification. I just did a webinar for an auditing role, all they ask for is a certain amount of credit hours in Accounting, business law, and other business courses. Nothing else really mattered..

Hello, I completed my bachelor’s degree in English Studies at my home country. Now I am planning to go for a degree certificate in Human Resource management and Development. Will it be good for better job placements in HR sector?
Please advise me. Thank you 🙏

What do you think about community college associate degrees and certificates after your bachelors?

I don't think the degree matters as much as what you actually learn and experience from it. Also, how well you can communicate your expertise to your future employer.

Hi , I have studied law in my own country and I have already have a bachelor degree. Can I apply for human resource management post graduate diploma or my bachelor would be an obstacle after graduation and I won’t be able to get a job ?

It would be best to either consult with your target uni, or speak to someone in the field that you want to work in to get more insight of what's required/what's the best path.

Isn't it on the higher side to get a visa rejection if you apply for a post-graduate diploma program since you already have a degree?

Not sure if I understood the question. If you mean the student visa, then no, as long as you write a letter explaining your intention for your studies in a way that makes sense, and fulfill all other requirements, you should get approved. At least that is my experience in Canada.

    Can you advise please :)
I am graduate of Accountancy, and I am planning to take International Business in Canada (Post Graduate DIPLOMA 2 Years).
I have experience in Accounting handling international clients and we have our family business in my home country.
    Appreciate any insight. Thank you.

My only advice would be to check out 'post graduate certificates' as well (not just diplomas), just so you have all of your options. Also, depending on your goals, you can consider a 1-year certificate program to save time. Cheers!
