+فطوم الحلوة Yes, you can work with complex numbers! My trial software for this emulator has expired, so I can't make a video on this (I was planning to!). I will be making a complex number tutorial for the fx-CG10, and the keystrokes are nearly identical, so look for that in the near future. In the mean time, Do the following to access complex numbers: on Run-Matrix menu (Menu-1), press OPTN, then COMPLEX. I hope this helps a little. the number i is also available by pressing SHIFT-0.
is there a function on casiofx-9860GII that permise calculate only derivate without insert the value of x ?? for example: f(x) = (x^2)+2x --> f'(x) = 2x+2
Sorry, no. It can only evaluate derivatives at a specific value of x. You would need a calculator that has CAS (Computer Algebra System) to do what you asked. Examples: TI-nspire CAS, HP Prime, ClassPad II fx-CP400, ClassPad 330, ClassPad 330 PLUS, ALGEBRA FX 2.0
lisa lisa I am slowly doing calculator tutorials for over a dozen models. My top recommended models for College Algebra are the TI-36X Pro (scientific calculator-- it is FAST and great for tests like the ACT and SAT) or the TI-84 Plus CE graphing calculator (also fast and very easy to use). I will have tutorials for these models in the coming weeks.
We'll be having our own demonstration regarding this calculator, may i know the application/ software that you used to enlarge the screen of the calculator (emulator)? I'll be waiting for your response.
+Ella Mae Barbadillo The keypad and screen can be enlarged in the emulator itself. I also selected a larger font for the key history, to make it more visible in the video. I positioned the components so that they all fit in a 1280 x 720 area so I could record it. I did try to design video to maximize the size, so that it can be more easily seen either on a small screen of a phone, or across a room in a classroom.
Hello, I ve been having a problem with this calculator. The keys 0,1,4 and 7 are not working, any chance you can help me fix it? I couldnt find a video that shows me how to open the calculator in order to see inside
+Javier Arredondo You should not open the calculator. Try installing new batteries. If that does not help, press the restart button on the back of your calculator (use a pencil tip or tip of a paper clip). If all else fails, you may need to buy a new calculator.
Hi, is their a big difference between this Calculator and the FX-CG10 PRIZM cuz the place where i live i can't find a PRIZM but i found this so does it worth to buy the PRIZM from amazon or this is ok? Thanks for ur help. ;)
They are almost the same in functionality. Either one is fine. The Prizm is slightly better (color screen and better screen font). If you need to buy on amazon, go here: amzn.to/2kvCxoI (NOTE: my favorite graphing calculator is the TI-84 Plus CE. You can buy it here: amzn.to/2kRj59h)
Not the hero that we deserve, but absolutely the hero we need
I appreciate your "keep it real" joke XD
Can i do complex numbers with it

+The Video Math Tutor thanks a lot !
hi, how do you soove the gamma error when making graphics?
+lucasdelaguila1202 I do not know what you mean.
Is this the calculator you suggest for College Algebra?

The Video Math Tutor Thank you!!!!! You are the awesome sauce in Math!!!!! I understand you!!!
lisa lisa I'm happy to help!
What emulator are you using?

Ok, thanks for the answer
, nice channel
+Javier Arredondo I'm having the same problem, but with the 4, 5, 6, x and ÷ keys.
