Watered down Modge podge the outfit before you take her outfit and let it fully dry, it will preserve it as it is now

You might be able to salvage the catwoman outfit if you gently flake off all the faux leather and then treat the fabric with a "fabric lamination gel" that you can just brush on to give it that shiny look!
That antique mall looks like heaven for a Barbie collector. You got some really great finds.
You could really see the difference in quality and details in archival barbies compared to the newer ones.
Well "high end" collectable barbie dolls are still good. Regular ones...yeaaah kinda mid at best.
The ballet reheasal barbie really brings me back. I vaguely remember the commercials for the doll. The 50th anniversary barbie looks amazing. The makeup is so crisp.
If only Chelsea could have all fabric clothes and rooted hair for the boys like her former self Kelly. And the ballerina had appropriate articulation for the activity and tights. I think all the Kelly varieties are cute.
I almost feel like they got rid of the Kelly’s because they were so popular and also cheaper than the larger dolls
I used to collect Kelly's when I was a kid! I insisted on getting them for my birthdays, and I had the Kelly Club 5 collections - Playground Bunch and Birthday Bunch! 🥰
I have really been getting into vintage Barbies lately. They're so much fun to find at thrift stores! Especially new in the box or like new in mesh bags!
The barbie fashion greeting card is genius. I feel like I remember them, but I looked at some listings and none of the dresses looked familiar. Not that I should trust my brain to remember everything from 1995, lol.

I had the SAME halloween costume as that Kelly as a kid 😂😂 later became the peach in a play of James and the giant peach 😂
There is faux leather sealant available online. If you buy some you can apply it to the leather to refresh it after you brush off the flaked away parts. You can also buy spare leather paint to fill in the holes
That ballerina Barbie and Kelly are on my wish-list! Absolutely love!

Maybe you can paint the faux leather with some fabric glue like they do in painting restorations when the paint in flaking. Or paint it with black leather paint. Just a suggestion. 💚💚

I love the enchanted evening Barbie keychain since I have her! I also just went to goodwill and got a reproduction of the 1959 Barbie doll, although the clothing is missing, she is still lovely!

Being able to puruse for dolls is something I like to do at antique markets as well. I have the dress from that greeting card! Currently on a Pocahontas whose getting a make over. The pleather material just doesn't age well. I have Ken as The Tin Man from Wizard of Oz. (Not sure which edition he is.) His outfit is flaking, and it has a sticky feel. I felt you on your comment about removing the Holiday Barbie from her package. Those were not easy years. My niece learned to be patient for doll removal after watching me unbox many dolls before she got her own.

It would have been so hard for me to hold back from buying so much from that antique mall. Those dolls you scrolled by were AWESOME!!!!! 🤩🤩🤩But what you got was top notch, of course. Toya, you don't need to make another outfit for Catwoman. You just need to peel off all the fabric, then you just need to paint the fabric with fabric paint. About three coats and the fabric looks like leather again.
I did not expect to shriek the way I did when the Ballet Recital set came up! I remember receiving it as a Christmas present years back and LOVING the articulation. I also had a I don't suppose you can match the head with a MtM body? 👀👀👀

Back in the day you had these floorlamps, with a statue as pole. I would use the keychain for that. 😊

The way I would have bought all of the Kelly dolls 😂 and the SpongeBob doll. And I'm sure a bunch more. 😂 I LOVE vintage Barbies way more than the ones that come out now.

It's a good thing I already made a gorgeous Winter Gala gown for my mini self, me & my provider managed to adjust the Elsa Mattel Let it Go dress and it fits like a glove sadly she's missing cute shoes I don't want to damage the shoes so there has to be a solution Warbla is not cheap.
Maybe you can make a gorgeous Cat Woman costume for your mini you instead of risking any damage to the dolls outfit. See you next time Toya.

You might be able to recreate the outfit by painting that catsuit with some black shiny fabric paint... like Scribbles paint, so it will still be flexible and look like leather. Probably remove as much loose, flaky pieces as possible first before painting it with the Scribbles paint
Omg toys sooo. I had an idea. Sooo basically I know how u got a bunch of jeans. I think a good idea to do wth the ones ur don’t have plans for would be to upcycle them all to make something new. For example you know how people buy a bunch of jeans from a thrift store to make something like a dress or a garment. You should do that but I’m doll scale. It’s like upcycling and turning sone thing meh to WOW. Also to help the disintegrating faux leather what you can do is mix ova glue with black paint and paste it on the faux leather to still give it the leather look

I love that you start a kelly doll colection i also collect some kelly dolls they have very cute clothes and accesories.
I wonder if you could sand the cat woman costume and repaint it with a glossy acrylic mixed with fabric mod podge? That would create the “leather” texture and revive the outfit for mini Toya.
I came across the same issue clothes I wanted for my E.T. Doll . I purchased the Barbie Harley Davidson for the leather jacket. This doll was from the 90’s, and when I took her out all the fake leather started coming off. So I have remove the rest of it and have started repairing it by using material paint. That’s what was originally used.
No waaaay that then and now barbie has been my dream since being a kid and by then I was so da unable to buy them and I had that black and white dress and have been trying to get it!! This video was so familiar to me and super fun and cool as always

The new doll you added to the shelf that you put on the made to move body. Does she have the older bigger neck opening? I have older Barbies that I would like to put new bodies on but I didn’t think the bigger head hole would work. Please show us how that worked❤😊
This doll transferred without a problem… I have been told by a friend that you can use a hard circle of plastic to make the peg larger like cutting a bread clip into a circle then put it on the pole of the neck peg … I did something similar when we made Miraculous Skipper hybrid dolls in a random doll stuff video a few weeks back ❤
