Thanks, John! I finally have capital, and went to look at my first home yesterday. I decided with confidence (after watching so many of your videos over the last year or so) that the project was way too much for my first purchase, even though I felt confident that I could obtain the home for a very low price. I appreciate all you do to help others. You rock!
That is fantastic about you continuing to learn, staying patient, and raising capital. It is sometimes important to go slow in the beginning to move faster when you do get started. Great job passing on a headache or something that is not the "path of least resistance". There are likely many other sellers and mobile homes that need help besides this one. Keep up building your reputation and searching for more homes and sellers. Moving forward any follow-up related questions never hesitate to comment back here or email me personally at support@mobilehomeinvesting.net.

Would love to see a video on figuring when you should sell for cash rather then sell for payments! Or maybe if you could put it in short for me in a reply! Thanks John.

Good to hear from you. I appreciate you watching and commenting. You are absolutely right about that. However seldom is not never. I suppose the more tasks that go into building/doing something, the more possibilities there are for mistakes. Always appreciate your comments. Keep in touch.

Great content since all beginners always make mistakes.
I'm just gonna keep taking imperfect action.
Agreed! Make sure to ask a lot of questions, reevaluate, and check in with others along the way if possible. Thanks for commenting and watching.
What area of the country are you investing in? Are there any cities in California that you like?
Nice haircut! But keeping it real was nice! Sure, chandelier needs to be more office!

In my decades of experience, seldom do things go as planned.
