I agree with the comments of Mr Jim Mason, below I my Self am a Design Engineer and Have Designed so many I.D & F.D Fans but Frustrated to see the Manufacturing in this Video.
Wow...that dial indicator for the lathe...this is all stone age construction...they got their hands on a western made fan and then copied it....but are making it mostly backwards...those poor bearings didn't see any grease added, no seals...didn't check the fit...wheel not balanced...no keys at in the shaft ends....this won't last and will be a dangerous thing to be near...
