@@ScaleMeDown Thank you... There is certainly a lot more in the world to worry about that this. It's one of the new boogie men in our connected world I guess.. The constant barrage of doom & gloom news doesn't help us sleep at night either. It is very COoL of course. Funny, I don't think much about the (big brother) cell phone in my pocket You R a gentleman and a scholar. Cheers!
Nice video - confused me why you were doing teh Vido - I like the independent features it has and the information it can provide, but let's face it - CAA will be trying to get Remote ID at some time introduced here in the UK, the BMFA (I Hope) will with be trying to prevent this from happening or at least delay it for as long as possible , Only Honest operators will use remote ID anyway - so we have to ask why do we need it !? - - your not going to get someone meaning harm, thinking - Oh I must get a remote ID before I fly this drone with (what ever onboard ) into that prison yard/Airport/Base/Power plant..etc...etc...
Thanks. We made the video because Ruko asked us to. Like you, I also think that remote ID will not stop nefarious users from using drones for crime. From my full-size flying experience, other light aircraft (and therefore smaller vehicles like models) are very difficult to see, and hence a network of transponders has the potential to improve flight safety by making all air users more visible / aware of each other.
Hi, I have got a response from Ruko; "Currently Amazon UK cannot ship, but you can place orders in the UK region by directly linking." Please try again and let me know if it works
Thank you for the video. But "tracking gadgets" from China Cheers from So.Ca.USA 3rd house on the left (please call before stopping by)
Mainly for FAA compliance
