Lapband surgery isn't a weight loss journey. Its made for ppl who doesn't have will power.
You really have no clue. Its easy to say its a shortcut or excuse. But it is still hard to do and maintain. And regardless of how you lose the weight its to that person's benefit. Who are you to make uneducated comments like that
@@TheSmartSneakerhead i was 420 pounds and i started eating right and cut all the carbs and joined a gym worked out and walked 5 miles everyday so i know what its like to go on that journey without surgery.
He did mention being able to lose 40-50 lbs on his own though.
It's good that he feels better now 👌🏾
