Whoever hired an American Opera singer that sang the New Zealand National anthem? I had to turn down the Volume. What I enjoyed was after the National anthems, where Fiji did their Cibi, and when the Mighty All Blacks did thier Haka. Ardie Savea looked like a badass leading the Haka! 😎
Something I've noticed about the Razor All Blacks is their mindset, They have full respect for their opposition but will not entertain any negativity from the press or themselves at all. They are always positive, always enjoying themselves, and the only thing they want to do- is get better. You could see it in the debutants last night, they looked like they had played 40 tests. Noah Hothem surprised me in a good way, i myself wouldn't have had him close to consideration by choice ahead of fekatava, funaki, or even xavier roe. He stepped up well. Unfortunate this team wasn't played last week in the pressure cooker, every single facet that's much better than previous weeks has the built in "only against Fiji" excuse to not accept 6/9/12/13/11/15 as much better in form players.

Visas for the US is a shit show if you´re not from one of the countries on the ´friends of America´ list. Myself and the wife were barred from boarding our plane because our flight had a transit stop in the US. At the time i didn´t know that even a transit stop requires a FULL VISA. Almost two weeks of hotels later, we were able to resume our trip. $$$
what u had to stay in hotel and wait for the visa? holymoly that is brutal mate.... i know its tough getting a visa, but most country i thought u can just stay in the air port in transit and dont have to leave
I thought some parts of fiji gameplay were good. They didnt give up at halftime either. But still, Fijians are a much better addition to your team than they are a team alone.
I think Fiji played better with Muntz on the field. Matthew Carley is a horrible ref. Bro calls everything late. I understand Advantage but the bro was way lazy. Mick Byrne has a soft reset on his hands. It'll be interesting what he does to develop Fiji in this next RWC cycle
