I have a small doubt bro. That is whether the Telugu meaning of the sentence called 'she is looking beautiful' is ఆమె అందంగా ఉంది Or ఆమె అందం గా చూస్తోంది.
Please explain it.
Look can be used as both Action verb and Linking Verb.
If we say She looks beautiful - here 'looks' works as "linking verb - is". she is beautiful.
But when we use look as an Action verb, we must use a preposition like 'at/into/after'
She is looking at him seriously or she is looking at him beautifully.
If look is a linking verb, we must use an adjective and if it is an action verb, we must use an adverb
She looks beautiful ఆమె అందంగ ఉంది (linking verb - beautiful - Adjective)
She looks at him beautifully ఆమె అతన్ని అందంగా చూస్తోంది (Action verb - beautifully - adverb)
@@englishmantrabypraveen7504 ho!, thanks bro. I have been watching your videos for 2 months. Having been created carefully with your hard work, your videos are giving proper explanations.
Now I am able to try forming English sentences only because of understanding your videos.
Sir what is difference between he was arrested and he has been arrested
"He was arrested" is used to indicate that a person was arrested at a specific point in the past, without specifying whether he was released or not.
"He has been arrested" implies that the action of being arrested happened in the past and has relevance to the present moment. It suggests that the person is still in a state resulting from the arrest, such as being in custody, facing legal proceedings, or having consequences related to the arrest.
Thanku so much sir
