      I apologize for the delayed response..... Present perfect tense is used to discuss events that occurred in the past and are still relevant in the present. For instance, you can say "I have seen that movie" to indicate that you watched the movie at some point in the past and the experience remains relevant now.
      As per the rules of Indirect speech, we are supposed to use "had". However, to convey that it is still relevant in the present, we can use present perfect tense. I HAVE made videos on Indirect speech. Please watch them.... I'll make a video on this topic soon...
