It's easy to change your colours if the original wall paint is white. I personally don't like brown. Many offices use wooden floors and few homes I've visited in the past, I'm talking 8-10yrs ago. I know shops around Lekki, Osapa London, Ikota and Victoria Island that sell Wooden floors and many more on mainland. I'm sure they have customers if not they won't have branches. So think about that. That you don't see doesn't mean people don't use them. Unless you want to visit everyone in Naija to see their homes,lol.
Too pricey Nigerians are trying to compete with USA real estate it’s ridiculous. Nigeria with no basic amenities , infrastructure and jobs building houses that majority can never afford living in Nigeria. I live all my life in Lagos before I relocated to United States these houses ain’t worth it .
