- We're back at ALDI shopping for healthy ingredients to make a quick and easy lunch salad. First we will pick out some of my favorite groceries at ALDI, then we will go back to the kitchen and make a salad with pan seared juicy chicken breast. ALDI has some really great items to make this lunch recipe with, organic chicken breast, avocado oil, parmesan crisps, and organic spring mix, all at great prices. So glad you go to Aldi! I love that they are having a bigger selection of organic food. When I go to big chain stores, I get overwhelmed so I prefer Aldi, hands down.

When Rose starts talking, you wouldn't be able to stop her❤
To make the lettuce last even longer, remove all the lettuce from that clear box, line bottom with paper towel. layer in the lettuce, then some paper toweling, then more lettuce, paper towel on that, etc until all lettuce is back in clear box. Also IMPORTANT: remove any crushed or moldy looking leaves as you do this, mold begets mold, quickly.
Stay home.....for your edification, we are in the midst of a pandemic. You’re touching everything.....reusable shopping bags are now deemed a no. Shop & stock when you need to. It’s recommended that you should shop alone & not take others with you.

Most underrated tip of this whole video: chop up your greens out of the tub! Great idea with the mayo dressing too, definitely going to try that.

So never in my life I have watched a full you tube video, followed directions, and logged back in to tell the person who made the video WTF?!? I made the chicken and it was amazing! I have also had that salad almost everyday this week so freaking good. I leave out the raisins and add pickled onions. Simply amazing
I eliminated the raisins too 😂

I made a salad much like this earlier this week except I added some canned artichoke hearts and feta to mine and put it on a bed of arugula. It was really really good.

I use paper towels in salad container too. Just let paper towels dry out..... then reuse.
I always do the paper towel trick in the boxed lettuces. Another trick is to save the empty plastic lettuce box and half the new one into two containers so there is more room and the lettuce is less compressed.

Yummy salad!! I flip my tossed salads and use with paper towels all the time😄it lasts so much longer. Just replace with another towel everyday. I love your videos!
You can ripen avocados in the oven as well.

I've recently found your channel and I am absolutely loving it for a variety of reasons, and since then, my shopping list has become a real game changer. I've never bought Aldis chicken before due to the fact that I've always heard horrible reviews about it. But based on your recommendations in this video, I decided to buy a pack or Aldis organic chicken breast. I brought the chicken home and proceeded to butterfly the chicken; the chicken had lots of bone like grizzle on the inside of the meat, including rubber hard tendons, and bloody hard veins, and lots and lots of fat. The meat also had all of this loose fibrous tissue that was webbing and shredding in layers straight through to the other side, it was also very tough, so tough that I could barely cut through it. Another concern that I had is that I didn't notice until I gotten the chicken home was that the chicken breast had contained '"rib meat". After this mess, I read online that this loose webbing and shredding of raw chicken meat occurs from the chickens being too closely stuck together inhumanly in an encaged area, and also from freezing the meat. I thought that Aldis advertises that the chicken is always fresh, and never frozen? Aldi's organic chicken breast meat (Simply nature) is a hoax and a fraud. Never again will I purchase this meat, its horrifying to say the very least!
Woodman’s has the best price on avocados. They’re always crazy busy though, so I’m avoiding shopping there. Rose is adorable, love those cheeks!!!

I am drinking hint water in place of drinks with sugar or artificial sweeteners. The ingredients on the nutrition label reads; purified water and natural flavors; that’s all. Q- Is natural flavors ok? I have watched your other videos and I can’t recall if you reviewed Hint water.
Terris Terris Natursl flavors are just artificial flavors by a different name! Try Spindrift flavored water! It’s so yummy and flavored by fruits only!
He recommended spindrift in another video. He doesn't like hint due to natural flavors.

Hi, Bobby! Great video, as always. I was thinking that instead of buying sugar filled raisins, you could make your own sugar-free craisins (dehydrated cranberries). There are a lot of recipes on the internet for them using monk fruit or erythritol. I am sure your followers would like to see this. I make these and keep a batch in my freezer for various recipes. They would be good for Rose, too (no sugar).
