Hi everyone! In this video I present to you a delicious and easy recipe for lunch or dinner. Turkey breast in tomato sauce with basmati rice with vegetables is a tasty and satisfying main course! My whole family loves it! For this recipe I used the turkey breast but you can also use the chicken breast. This dish is very easy to prepare and anyone can cook it. A few simple ingredients are enough for a delicious and filling meal! Try this easy and tasty dish based on turkey or chicken (as you prefer) with rice and vegetables and I'm sure you will love it!
Ingrediants:
- 1 onion
- 700 gr of turkey breast or chicken breast
- 100 + 50 ml of tomato sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Fennel
- Salt, pepper, paprika, chilli
- Olive oil
For the side dish:
- 300 grams of basmati rice
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 pepper
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Olive oil
