I checked out WNBA when they first started, I went to see good to excellent basketball, but it was just flat out boring. I loved watching the Celtics or the Lakers. (I was a Rockets fan So you know I had my hope shut down) The bulls when they got Jordan? He was great but for him, and God knows he was the best thing since sliced cheese, but no one wants to watch a ball hog. Once he started lifting his teamates up, they blew the game up. But bottom line is, it a team sport and good sportsmanship on and off the court. That is what fans WANT, to see great team basketball. Now with her endorsements Caitlin is showing all those before her what they missed out on with their two or 3 players trot up the floor, set up, pass a couple of times, how boring they were is shown by the great number of fans they drew. Meanwhile Caitlin is quietly playing her game and sometimes I might add with two teams against her. The front office and the refs, who work for them and the other team. She tries to deflect great praise by making it about the others on her team. Kelsey Mitchell? What a powerhouse! It is amazing to watch her. So lightning quick, as is Boston in the paint, and Hull from the outside. It's all just fun to watch. I hope endorsements soon roll their ways as well. They should.
