I like the map where everything takes place. A small house, in the middle of nowhere, in a field of just pure grass, like the wallpaper of Windows XP. Gives a weirdcore feel or something
“Patience” is a poignant tale which explores topics of familial ties, pride and the pursuit of revenge. The scout is portrayed as a delivery boy, internally haunted by his crippling insecurity and self loathing, who delivers a package to a simple farming family of a grandfather and grandson. They do not have much, but they make ends meet regardless. Despite his lack of self confidence, the scout gestures kindly to the old man, however due to his old and senile nature. He can only muster a “cluck” in response. This angers the scout, who insults the old man, who retaliates with a slap. This brings out the boy’s inner demon, as he attempts to assassinate the grandfather in a vicious, reckless fashion. In what appears to be a glimpse of consciousness, the old man hinders his attempt, and simply whispers “shame”. The boy is given a moment to reflect, but to no avail. His attempt seemingly fails, and the grandson is alerted, sensing his only family is in danger. Tragically, the old man dies before he tries to warn him. The boy then cruelly mocks the grandson and cowardly runs back towards his vehicle. The grandson is visibly furious, and despite the boy’s attempts to make peace, the grandson ends up killing them both. Though, like the nature of revenge itself, it all appears to be in vain, as the grandfather surprisingly is still alive, but is too senile and far gone to mourn his grandson. The old man then finally opens the package, revealing a skateboard, Sparking his memory of his dear grandson. Now as a lonely old man, he rides the skateboard in memory of his cherished boy, before a van runs him over, a metaphor for death, and the end of his suffering.
I never expect to see the day of a new you-tube channel that's of decent quality like other noticeable youtube channels. (Yet Adds an experimental twist which fits in so well) it's so nice to find this channel who sticks to the old but secret formula.
I been dealing with ALOT of bad stuff these past few years with toxic family, my pc, low money, and my will to push forward for awhile. Then got my phone back and first thing I saw was your video and the title. I got to have more patience before things get better. Thank you.
