If they use AI for whole creations, the artist will "have done all that work for nothing" because they didn't create any of it? What work? Their cheating won't be protected, as well it shouldn't. So these writers will be getting paid for not doing work? Figures. Typical union grift protection. People can use samples of other songs in commercial productions without copyright infringement. I figure the same concept will be applied eventually to non-audible works of "art." Is it actually possible to harm the reputations of many, maybe most, of these Hollywood types? From my perspective, the stuff they do in their private lives is so far removed from normal sensibilities that it's not possible to say something egregiously bad. It didn't take a $1M studio 10 years ago to create what you're doing now. Pitfalls for the future? Nobody can predict! We are entering an unprecedented period. Bing seems like he was astute. RIP. Using AI for entertainment is probably the least compelling usage case. Solving medical & other large problems is the REAL benefit of AI, assuming we can keep AI in check, which is questionable. Undoubtedly, AI will soon be used to aid in the manipulation of people's psychology. Right now, AI is kind of lame, but it won't be for long. Health? My advice: eat properly; take vitamins; get rest; don't listen to criticism: everybody's got an opinion, & most of those opinions are worthless. At the end of the day we're all mortal. Live each day to its fullest. THERE IS NO TOMORROW. Stop to smell the roses. Make time for trivial but fun activities. & don't forget to take those vitamins! I'm not joking. Don't drink too much, but don't drink too little either. Oh, and if something hurts, SEE A DOCTOR. Women are better at that than men, so for the men: wimp out, see your MD if you've got a pain, assuming your MD has time given that doctors are overwhelmed because of the rapid increase in population we're currently experiencing. Also, learn the power of discernment. AI just underscores this, but "news" has been unreliable for a long time now. Learn to triangulate your information to arrive at the truth. I know that's difficult in the la-la-land of make-believe, but believing lies is dangerous and ultimately causes cognitive disfunction. All of this is my opinion only, my $0.02 based on living 60 years in the City of Angels. I'm not a Hollywood actor, I just play one in the Theater of Life. (& by "Hollywood" I mean Hollywood, and Burbank, and Glendale, and Los Angeles, and Culver City.) "Firemark?" Holy smokes that's a great name! (no pun intended. really.)
