    No Churn Saffron Ice Cream Ingredients:
    2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    ¼ Teaspoon Saffron (Brew in 3 tablespoons of boiled water)
    1/3 Cup Pistachios
    2 Teaspoons Rosewater
    ¼ Teaspoon Cardamom
    3 Tablespoons Mascarpone

    Hi, do you have the recipe written as well? I think that would be quite helpful! I made some mistakes which I'll share with everyone. I tried making this and found that 1 can of condensed milk makes it a bit too sweet, I would recommend adding it gradually, I think I"ll start with half a can next time and then go from there. Also, how long do you soak the saffron threads for? I left it for 15 minutes in boiled water and it didn't seem to be long enough, my ice cream ended up white. I used light whipping cream and unfortunately it didn't seem to whip up, so next time I'll use full fat thickened cream
