What is the difference between the 'sour orange juice' and the 'orange juice'? Do you add vinegar or something like as if you're substituting milk+vinegar in a recipe for buttermilk?

Sour Orange is a specific type of citrus, it is a cross between and Orange and Lemon. You can replace it by combining regular orange juice and lemon juice.
