First of all congrats on running that distance which is quite unbelievable for your young age. I think besides all that experience it was a beautiful memory that you share with your family and you will remember this forever. That's what makes it priceless, isn't it?

Du är verkligen speciell i allt du gör. Att få följa dig så nära och veta hur mycket arbete, vilja och styrka det ligger bakom allt detta över en lång tid, är nog det som imponerar mig mest😍
Super grattis till en väl förtjänad vinst!

I'm crying while watching this as you're that young but already discovered the many joys of running. I just wish I discovered it that early. Congratulations, good job! 🎉

    hey.
I want to compete next year, have some questions if you don't mimd
    1. are you allowed as much rest as you need ? say ... 20m nap, massages etc.
    2. is there a mandatory km target ?
    3. did you had any requirements to get into the race ? like ultras ?
    4. i'm just a casual marathon runner, have any tips ?
    5. Is the race english friendly ? do people over there talk english to the level that i can understand where to start :) ?

      hey!
1.you can rest as much as you want
2.there is no mandatory target to compete but to get the medal, you have to run 130 for women and 145 for men I think.
      3. you don't need any requirements for this race but the tickets sell out in a day max so you have to know that.
      4. take it slow! it's okay to walk and you don't have to run for it to count. also, it's all in your mind. you can do so much more than you think.
      5. yes it is! everything in norway is English friendly:) almost everyone speak English fluently

Congratulations 💯💯 I am in for this year, do you have any recommendations? did you bring your own food and drinks or provided by them ? what was your pace ? Tussen Takk

heyy!! thank you🙏🏻 that's so fun, good luck! it's a super cool race to run, see you there! please say hi if you want to. so, my tips: START SLOW! walk every now and then (depends on your experience with these kind of races). they have a lot of snacks so it's not necessary to bring your own but you can if you want to. remember, it's a tough race, you'll have ups and downs. pace is not easy to say because it depends on your training and experience. don't be scared if it hurts! it will hurt😅😅
