I might be wrong but in parasitic diseases the eosinophils will increase by excellence (vs basophils). Thank you, I find your presentation informative and instructive. To add a bit of segregation to how these cells work: in the first phase of inflammation / wound-injury, neutrophils will conglomerate, followed in phase 2 by the basophiles and in ph. 3 the baso-clears (done it's job) and the eosinophils increase.
