I was still expecting a Jbl PartyBox 510 that lies in between the 310 and 710. Either way, the 320 looks the most interesting to me since it takes on the ultimate design

I love JBL !! I had the 310 which I passed down to a family member. I have the 710 at work and recently purchased the partybox ultimate for home and that speaker is nuts. I wish they did a oldschool ghettoblaster with like big bass lights and Bluetooth. That would be sick. I'll love the new line up the 320 looks like a mini ultimate.

Very excited to see that they finally announced the Xtreme 4! However, I get the feeling that partyboost will likely be a thing of the past going forward. I REALLY hope I'm wrong, especially as someone who owns a ton of partyboost speakers at the moment. Either way, I'm looking forward to hearing how the Xtreme 4 and everything else sounds in the future 🙏🏽

It’s a little too short to be wheeling it around without a telescopic handle
@marcomunoz1146 with the telescopic handle of course, after using the Onn Large Party Speaker 2nd Gen. The big wheels and telescopic handle makes it easy to transfer around places even in grass

@ZENIXaudiotech9910 it still has an aux out port, so It's not completely over, but I went over these speakers in the Community tabs. The Xtreme 4 looks pretty ugly across multiple people
@marcomunoz1146 JBL makes plenty of money and how much would wheels and a handle would actually cost to make hell everyone else is doing it although LG and Sony wheels suck

after analyzing the photos and CES 2024, I conclude that go4 and clip5 will have Auracast (the successor to partyboost), but we will see at the premiere 😉

I returned my 310 as soon as I saw this video. Can’t wait for the 320. Also for the 310 you don’t need to replace the speaker if the battery dies. It’s pretty easy to change.

I just bought two 310s for a little over $600. Can’t beat that price. Almost a 2 for 1 when comparing the 320s starting price. I’m sure there’s going to be a lot more sales around this time to prepare for the new lineup

That’s definitely a lot of money considering I just got two of my JBL 710’s for $689 each and the 710s are a lot more powerful than the 310s or the 320s coming out. I did just fine to JBL encores at Walmart for $149 each so that was definitely a great price for that

Faaaawk yea man, definitely gonna try to get 2 320s!!! Now that they are truly fully portable! Swapable batteries what ive been hoping they Would do for the longest not to mention. Finally, giving the 320 series more exciting lights sucked that the 310 only got 2 more light modes compared to the 110! I hope the extreme force surpasses the zealot S78 in bass and volume, i already know its going to sound better!

The stage 320 will be able to pair with the 310 using the app. No additional speakers though.
What features would those smaller speakers be able to get out of the Portable app? I'd be surprised if they brought EQ control to those...

Scared for partyboost! With the whole new Bluetooth LE as there excuse to try a new protocol! It would be nice of them to just add the ability to switch between auracaet and partyboost, or ya know just leave the damn button up there to begin with
Hey man, I'm looking into buying a large 3-way spreaker. Can you compare the JBL Partybox Ultimate to other 3 way PA preakers like the JBL PRX835W or EV ETX-35P or RCF NX 985-A?
There's a significant price difference between these and I'm wondering how do they compare sound quality wise. Loudness is secondary to me.

Dude actual PA speakers will destroy the Ultimate in everything the ultimate is consumer grade equipment whereas PA is professional I don’t see DJ using party boxes for professional use

i don't think so, cause it has the same output power. I also bought the 310 in december whilst knowing there will be a new 310, but i don't regret it, cause there will not be a huuuge difference except for the design/lights/battery.

My 310 is doing a great job but as always, an upgrade wouldn't be a bad idea. I wish I can have a boost on wattage to at least 400 RMS but I know it won't run on battery. That's the reason why I didn't buy the 710
I reli hope the jbl extreme 4 has improved bass response cause the extreme 3 lacks a little bit for its size and price range
do you have the JBL app? If you don't, it can change how your speaker sounds.
I do have it yea, but the added bass is only noticeable at lower volumes, at higher volumes the bass dissappears

sorry but what the fuck is the design of the extreme 4?!?! ; (
they really should just discontinue the jbl pulse line or maybe combine it with the charge lineup by adding a light feature to the charge line so that they can bring the price down on the xtreme. i had 2 xtreme 3s and the price just doesnt make sense to me. why spend $400 on the xtreme when i can get boombox 3 for just another $100. the boombox 3 is leaps and bounds better in everyway than the xtreme. the charge 5 even sounds better...dont get me wrong i love the portability of the xtreme and its not a bad speaker at all, i just think it would make more sense for it to be around $250 which is currently where the pulse line up sits in price. its just not worth the nearly $400 price tag..especially since the straps on both my xtreme 3s both broke in the same exact way and not to mention all the little rubber strips on the bottom easily begin to pill off on all of their speakers, but i digress...jbl is the premier brand...loving my boombox 3..cant wait to get another one to pair em up

so the last 3 generations of Xtreme will all have different pairing protocols and won't be able to pair with each other, that's ridiculous. luckily Samsungs have music share that bypasses this issue but also has issues with latency

That advertised battery life of 18 hours for the 320 is not accurate. I have the 310 which also claims 18 hours battery life and playing it at high volume without lights it lasts about 4 hours.
Bro i did a test on 50% volume. 1 hour playing costs 4% of battery without bass and without lights. With lights only it costs 8% with bass only or with bass and lights 10% of battery. ..
So only 4 hours on full volume? With bass boost on? I have noticed that having bass boost on with or without lights doesnt matter. Doesnt sound logica to me but yeah those were the results of continiously playing music for 1 hour. No breaks
And the seperate replaceable battery is not on sale yet. On the JBL site its still non excistent.

As far as sound goes only the AI might make it sound a little better but not much. I just bought the 110 and love it I’ll keep my 110 because I got it on sale for $300

A JBL Clip for $80 is outrageous you can buy a soundcore motion 300 for that price and at that point you can’t even compare those two. And if you wanna spend a little bit more money go buy soundcores new x500 which is a complete steal for the money, you should review it!
