They have certain scopes we trained on where it will paint a red dot on the targets forehead but he can’t see the red dot, only you can see it with a vision goggles.

I am not a sniper, but I have bad eyes and the thing with long range scopes is they are adjustable. You adjust until it looks clear to you. You don't really need perfect vision.

U definitely don't need glasses if you have a good scope. Normal soldiers use ACOGs and a sniper's scope is better than that.
