What type of solution did you use to clean the head? What shpuld we watch out for when cleaning the disassembling the printer and cleaning the head? Did you use any special tools to clean the head or disassemble the printer?
I watched this 10 times. Just to understand the print head gear position on the left as mine having a cracking noise. And still saying "carriage jam" do not know how to solve and no repair printer shop willing to help me. Too bad. Nice video Bro

您好~~~我又來問問題了~~~我家有台十多年的c5180....
1.你知道道種機款的 "滑動架卡住" 怎麼修嗎？是不是光學尺的問題(有清過沒用),還是sensor 老化造成的？有可以修？ 2.另外如果顯示 "墨水系統失效" 0xc19ac001 是代表已經不能用了？
3.整個過程是~~原本印表機原本都還好好可以印的(三不五時就印a4相片)...然後近期斷斷續續會顯示滑動架卡住....但只要斷電再重開就又可以使用,直至最近都不能用(實際裡面是沒有任何東西卡住它)....然後我就拆機清光學尺(沒用),更改sensor 的電阻(想說讓紅外光變亮點).....然後因拆裝的過程....軟排線插拔太多次(其實這台我已經拆過超過20次,還有另買一台抱廢機來互換零件)....軟排線有斷線之後就一直顯示墨水系統失效....後來有整理過軟排線後仍然是如此,目前沒招了...不知您有何見解嗎？
我的話都是直接換新的其他機種其它不考慮修了 畢竟十幾年了很老舊不好用了花太多時間耗在這邊了

這樣清有效？要反復清幾次？墨水不會混到變色嗎？
墨水不會動到只要把晶片噴墨頭給拆下軟綿刷沖洗幾次就好了，裝上再讓它跑幾次就好了
