I swear 90s vehicles were built at the peak of perfection, theyre virtually immortal. i have a 94 toyota previa i bought in 2010 with 154k miles, 3/2023 i'ts got 335000 and still a beast.
I miss when cars were simple like this. I work on cars for a living and have no interest in buying anything new. I prefer older more simple cars. Vehicles like these Explorers will get attention today from people because they bring back alot of memories.
Late 80s and early-mid 90s cars are a sweet spot for automotive technology. There were computers for things like the engine, ABS braking and airbags but there wasn't all the bullshit we have now. The push to start is broken on my 2011 Grand Cherokee but zero problems with my 1993 Explorer
Parents bought a white 1993 explorer with a red pinstripe as a family car to raise me with. Almost 27 years later, and its still driving strong!!
